Visit of USIM to the Faculty of Communication and Business

The Faculty of Communication and Business welcomed a visit from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) at the Faculty of Communication and Business, Telkom University. This visit serves as an important opportunity to continue discussions regarding the collaboration previously discussed between the two institutions, which encompass education, research, and community service.

The discussion was attended by representatives from the Faculty of Communication and Business, Telkom University, as well as a delegation from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, consisting of several lecturers and 22 students. After the discussion concluded, the guests from USIM were invited to tour the laboratory facilities available at the Faculty of Communication and Business, as well as to explore the Open Library to gain a deeper insight into the academic environment at Telkom University.

In addition to formal discussions, the agenda for this visit also included a Joint Class activity between students from the International Communication Science undergraduate program and students from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia. This activity was attended by a total of 47 students from both sides, creating an ideal platform for the exchange of ideas and cross-cultural experiences.

The hope is that through the series of activities carried out today, both in the form of discussions and joint classes, a stronger synergy will be created between the Faculty of Communication and Business, Telkom University, and Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia. It is also hoped that this experience will open the door for closer collaboration in the future, bringing benefits to both parties in efforts to enhance the quality of education and community service. May this engagement not only add insights and knowledge but also foster sustainable and mutually beneficial cooperation.
