[WORKSHOP “PITCHING OF STUDENT INNOVATION FOR COMMUNICATION PRODUCTS” FOSTERS CREATIVITY AMONG TELKOM UNIVERSITY]

Bandung, November 14, 2024 – The School of Communication and Social Sciences at Telkom University, through its Bachelor’s Program in Communication Studies, held a workshop titled “Pitching of Student Innovation for Communication Products” on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at the Tokong Nanas Building Auditorium. The event aimed to inspire students to develop innovations in communication and to enrich their understanding of modern communication trends and strategies.

The workshop featured prominent speakers, including Prof. Shim Sung Wook from Hanyang University, South Korea; M. Rynaldi Faisal AK, S.M., M.B.A., CEO of AK Group; and Wisnu Yusuf Al Anshori, S.Ds., General Manager of Mortar Ubond. Each speaker shared valuable insights into the development of communication products and creative business strategies, emphasizing the importance of innovation in today’s digital era, particularly in utilizing technology as an essential component of communication development.

Students eagerly engaged in each session and had the opportunity to pitch their innovative ideas to the speakers. The primary objective of the workshop was to equip students with the skills to craft and deliver compelling pitches, develop relevant communication products, and create positive impact through effective communication.

A representative from the Bachelor’s Program in Communication Studies expressed hope that the workshop would serve as a platform for students to boost their creativity and confidence in creating superior communication products that adapt to industry developments.

This event reflects the commitment of the School of Communication and Social Sciences at Telkom University to facilitate academic activities that support hands-on learning and the development of students’ soft skills.
