Warm and Inspiring, FKS Telkom University Bids Farewell to 168 Graduates at May 2025 Farewell Party
Bandung, May 9, 2025 – The School of Communication and Social Sciences (FKS) at Telkom University successfully held its May 2025 Farewell Party as a gesture of appreciation and official send-off for graduates who have completed their studies at FKS. The festive event took place in the 5th Floor Auditorium of the Manterawu Building and was attended by the entire academic community.
A total of 168 graduates from four study programs were honored at the event, consisting of:
- 74 from the Regular Undergraduate Communication Science Program
- 6 from the International Class Undergraduate Communication Science Program
- 53 from the Undergraduate Public Relations Program
- 35 from the Master’s in Communication Science Program
The event featured a series of heartfelt moments, including welcoming remarks from faculty leadership, recognition of outstanding graduates, a nostalgic flashback video, and special performances that were both entertaining and memorable.
In her address, Dr. Iis Kurnia Nurhayati, Dean of the School of Communication and Social Sciences, delivered a meaningful message to the graduates:
“And please remember, the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Your time studying at FKS is the first step in a much greater journey. May the spirit of learning, collaboration, and contribution continue to burn brightly wherever your path takes you.”
This farewell celebration served as a touching and inspiring moment, reinforcing FKS’s commitment to supporting its alumni in their future endeavors.
