Accelerating ASN Competence, SCS Telkom University and Tangerang City Government Launch Digital Learning Ecosystem
TANGERANG, February 5, 2026 – School of Communication and Social Sciences (SCS) at Telkom University has strengthened its role in digital government transformation through active participation in the Collaboration and Innovation Forum for Tangerang City Apparatus Human Resources (HR) Development. This strategic event was held on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at the Patio Room, Tangerang City Government Center.
The event marked a significant milestone with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between Telkom University and the Tangerang City Government. This partnership focuses on the synergy between the world of education and the government in creating innovations for Civil Servant (ASN) competency development.
One of the main agendas of this forum was the launch of innovative features within the Tangerang Government University digital learning ecosystem. These innovations include:
- MOOC Features and Content: The provision of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) that can be accessed flexibly by the apparatus.
- ASN HCDP Feature: The implementation of the Human Capital Development Plan (HCDP) system for more measurable employee competency development mapping.
- Collaboration Video: A screening of the documentation of innovations developed together with universities.
